Open Sky Ltd. and/or its affiliates (collectively “Open Sky”, "Yalla GYM" “we” or “us”) are not responsible or hold responsible for any damage or loss of any type that occurs due the usage of it application and/or the actions taken by the application users who visit their selected fitness centers and GYM centers. The mobile users who visit the Fitness and GYM centers are fully and sole responsible for their actions inside and outside these center.
All reservationfees paid on the mobile app for any type of visits are non refundable where those reservations are valid to be claimed at the same center of reservation for same 3 days from date of reservation transaction, while in case of any problem occur with our mobile App users in having their visits verified or accepted at any center then they can inform Yalla GYM team by sending their case description with all related details to claims@YallaGYM.com We'll do our best returning back with feedback within 7 days from the email receiving date.
